It is issued to the buyer without any extra charge and if the post sale issues arises then invoice is considered as a major proof of transaction.

There are so many benefits why are this technology is used by some of the businesses and one very important benefit is that it ensures the accuracy and correctness of the billing system of an organization. By generating invoices the process of sales and purchases become more efficient and well organized.
